Katelynn Wright

Masters Level Intern

Katelynn is a dedicated student counselor with a strong foundation in psychology and mental health. She earned her associate's degree from Navarro College and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Tarleton State University. Currently, she is advancing her expertise by pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Midwestern State University. Katelynn hopes to advance her education by getting her PhD in counseling psychology. 

In addition to her academic pursuits, Katelynn has five years of experience as a full-time 911 dispatcher, where she developed the ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively in crisis situations. This experience fuels her passion for supporting individuals who work in high-stress environments.

Her interests include trauma, first responders, and military members, which align with her commitment to helping those who face unique challenges. Through evidence-based practices, Katelynn is dedicated to fostering resilience and personal growth in the clients she serves.
